园艺组长

-带领园艺工人作业

-负责监督花草树种植、修剪、除草、整地、施肥、灌溉等景观维护作业

-负责督导义山园区垃圾清运作业

-熟悉操作园艺工具如割草机、电锯等

-需有园艺相关经验同时保有开放的学习态度

-有园艺造景概念者为佳

行政执行人员 Administrative Executive

Responsibility:

-Filing system

-Communications sand Incoming calls

-Recording information

-Updating paperwork

-Maintaining documents and word processing

-Performing general office clerk duties and errands

-Other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

-At least an SPM/Diploma or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience

-Has a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time

-Ability to interact well with people.

-Computer literate.

人事主任 Human Resource Executive

Responsibility:

-Handle monthly payroll and statutory payment: epf, sosco, EIS, PCB etc

-Liase with government agencies

-Handle HR issues and recruitment

-Prepare HR letters

-Manage staff schedule

-Review and improve employee operational efficiency and experience

-Create employee handbook

-Manage foreign workers

-Other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

-At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

-At least 3 years experience in monthly payroll processing

-High sense of discretion for handling confidential information

-Good communication and written in Mandarin, English, BM

-Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

-Computer literate in Microsoft office Application and payroll system

-Ready to handle challenges related to people management

-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and attention to detail.

执行秘书  Secretary

Responsibility:

-Perform a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support

-Manage appointments, daily correspondence, travelling arrangements, events, etc

-Liase professionaly and strict confidentiality with internal and external parties

-Priotize urgent tasks and meet tight deadlines

-Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travel with superior to provide assistance and support

-Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and any miscellaneous tasks as assigned

-Coordinate and monitor team schedule, discipline and staff performance

-Good writing skills and speaking in Mandarin is a must.

 

Requirements:

-Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with more than 3 years working

-Possessed valid driving license(D)

-A Vocational license (PSV) is an advantage

-Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive

-Maturity, high integrity, resourcefulness, factfulness, discipline and work reliable

-Preferred language: Mandarin and English

-Communicate effectively with the team both written and verbal

-Able to start immediately will added advantages
